FAQ

  • My studio is in Wallingford, PA. I service the Delaware, Chester County & Philadelphia areas most frequently but I am willing to travel.

    In the summer I also do beach sessions in New Jersey and Delaware.

    *Travel fees are assessed based on the distance and the event type*

  • Send me a message through my contact page letting me know the month you're interested in and what your preferred days of the week are.

    From there I’ll send back open dates and we’ll move through the rest of the booking process.

    Before a shoot is officially booked you’ll pay a 50% retainer to hold your date and time in my calendar. Once the retainer is paid services may not be reduced to a smaller package but you may upgrade to a larger one the day of the session if I have space in my schedule to accommodate extra time.

    Keep in mind my weekends usually book out 3-4 months in advance so if you need a weekend remember to schedule your dates early! This doesn't mean there’s no chance of getting a weekend if you wait to schedule because cancellations do occur but it’s always better to be on the safe side and book early.

  • Any full-sessions scheduled you’re welcome to pick the location or I can provide a location list to help you in your decisions.

    If the location of your choice is outside of my normal travel range they may be subject to a travel fee.

    Shoots booked on mini days or anything that is a special themed session the locations are pre-determined.

  • If there is poor weather such as snow or rain we can move the date no problem. There is no fee for weather related reschedules.

    For anything else 7 days notice is required. If 7 days notice isn’t given the retainer will need to be paid again to rebook.

  • You’ll receive a gallery link to my photo delivery site called Pic-Time.

    Through the email you’ll be able to make your photo selections and download your high-resolution photos.

    I recommend downloading to a computer if you plan to print so file sizes are not condensed.

  • My turnaround time for regular photo sessions is 3-4 business weeks from January-June and 4-6 business weeks from June-December.

    Business days are considered Monday- Friday. Holidays and weekend dates are not included in the turnaround time.

    Weddings and events are delivered in 8-16 business weeks.

    Wedding clients typically receive sneak peeks within 3-7 business days of their event. During busy season June-December they will be sent no later than 2 business weeks time.

    Small Elopements are delivered in 8-12 business weeks time.

    I do not provide sneak peeks for my regular sessions as I like to keep the editing list fair so I edit in order of the time the photos are taken but you may expedite photos to one business week for $55.

  • Yes, If you need your photos faster there is a $55 rush fee and you’ll receive your album in one business week.

    The expedited edits fee is only for regular sessions. I don't offer this for weddings and events.

  • Of course!

    One of the things I am best at is being an amazing hype woman! Most of the time I can get even the sassiest husbands to participate and I guide you throughout the entire session so you don’t feel silly or have to think too much. We will laugh, joke around, do fun photo prompts and you’ll leave feeling like we’ve been friends for a while.

  • Definitely! My own son is a runner too lol.

    I know how it is to want a cute photo with your child(ren) but they are strong-willed and independent. Free-spirited kiddos do not bother me and I will do my best to make the session fun and enjoyable!

    If you have any worries just let me know ahead of time what your child’s interests are. For example letting me know what is their favorite toy, song, game, etc so we can will play with them and try to get them comfortable so that personality you love so much comes through! :)

    On a separate note should you have a child with special needs or sensory issues it’s important for me to know what they like and dislike and what is going to make them the most comfortable and happy! So please reach out so we can think of fun and creative ways to make you and your family have the best photo experience possible. Every parent deserves beautiful photo memories!

  • Absolutely, if you need help with styling just send me a message and we can talk through the aesthetic you’re looking for.

    My full-sessions include access to my client closet of women’s dresses and children’s outfits.

  • Giveaways: must be redeemed in the same calendar year & they cannot be transferred to another person. They can only be used for the specified winning session at the time of the giveaway. They can not be exchanged for cash value and if cancelled in under 7 days notice they can not be rescheduled. Giveaway sessions are not valid for specialty themed shoots or extended family sessions.

    Gift-cards: gift-cards expire within 6 months from the date of purchase or if a gift-card is given for a certain holiday the expiration date will be set for six month’s from the date it’s planned to be gifted. For example if it’s gifted for Christmas it will not expire until the end of June. Gift-cards can not be transferred to another person, they are not redeemable for cash and they are non-refundable.

    Raffles: If you win something from a donated raffle to an event the raffle item must be redeemed in the same calendar year, it can not be transferred or redeemed for cash value. Raffle winners have six months from the event to redeem. Raffle items can not be used for specialty sessions or extended family sessions.

  • I give a ten minute grace period and then anything over that the client is subject to a $15 late fee.

    If the clients are 25 minutes or more late the shoot will be canceled and a new retainer must be paid.

    Should problems arise that will cause you to be late just communicate with me as early in the day as possible so I can accommodate the lateness and work it into my schedule.

  • The most important thing to me is making sure you feel amazing throughout your session and that includes capturing genuine interactions and prompting you in ways that bring out your inner and outer beauty. That being said, I follow a one week rule. If there is something on you that will be gone in a week’s time I’m happy to remove it. This would be things like small blemishes, bruises, accidental stains on your children etc. I do not do body editing as I believe in loving and cheering you on throughout your session so you can feel beautiful and confident as you are. If there is something you're self-conscious about please let me know and I will make sure to pose you in the most flattering ways for that thing and of course if there’s anything you’d like me to know about ahead of time I’m happy to talk you through any concerns!

    We do not do body alterations, because we believe you are beautiful as you are! We will edit anything that would go away within a week, such as blemishes, bruises, and accidental stains. Any more extensive edits will be subject to a fee.

    Please note that we are not responsible for outfit, hair or makeup choices should the client be dissatisfied with what they have chosen after the session is complete. If asked, we can provide advice on outfits and help choose flattering options.

  • Should you request more advanced edits like object or people removal, multiple head swaps etc. these can be done and a fee will be discussed based on the scope of the edits wanted.
